Neapolitan Pastiera

In the Easter tradition , the Neapolitan pastiera cannot be missing on your table, a historic dessert that finds its maximum splendor at this time of the year.

Made according to tradition with candied citron, ricotta and cooked wheat.

Choose the format you prefer among:

- 4 slices / diameter 14 cm (about 0.6 kg)
- 6 slices / diameter 16 cm (about 0.8 kg)
- 8 slices / diameter 18 cm (about 1 kg)

Ingredients: shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, eggs, butter, sugar, almond flour, salt), milk, butter, wheat, eggs, ricotta, granulated sugar, candied citron, flavorings.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
