As per tradition, we make our Easter doves exclusively with mother yeast and the best ingredients, with no preservatives * or added artificial flavors.
Taste traditional: with only candied orange fruit.
Weight: 750 gr.
Packaging : transparent food bag with Sac à Poche logo and ribbons.
Ingredients: wheat flour, butter , sugar, egg yolks, mother yeast , water, salt, natural flavors, candied orange peel. Glazing: egg white, sugar, almonds , hazelnuts .
The advice of our pastry chefs: to taste the colomba as if it were fresh from the oven, we recommend, once opened, to cut the slices you want to consume and bring them either to a heat source (a radiator for example) or to wrap the slices with plastic wrap. aluminum and heat them for a few moments in a preheated oven so as to regenerate the mother yeast and make them even softer.
